I love to eat it, bake it, even just look at it.
But most importantly, I love what it means.
Dessert is a symbol: of celebration above all, of cultural belonging in some cases, of family tradition in others — and always of love and care.

Through Bilolù, my goal is to transform the intangible feeling of joy into objects that preserve a moment in time — thanks to a potentially eternal material like ceramics.
